Interested in obtaining technical support?  Points North offers two support modules for Certified Payroll Reporting:

Option 1:   Hourly Billable Support 
Under the Hourly Billable Support plan, clients are billed on a per hour basis and invoiced in 15 minute increments.  

Option 2:   Prepaid Support Block
The Prepaid Support Block plan includes technical support on a per incident basis.  This $495 package allows for three incidents, and guarantees a prompt response (within 24 hours) from the Points North Technical Support team.
