1. What reports does Certified Payroll Reporting create?
Certified Payroll Reporting produces the WH-347 Payroll form and the WH-348 Statement of Compliance form, both of which are required for submission to the Department of Housing and Urban Development under the Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements Act. “No Work” reports are also optionally provided. Many States have their own unique version of certified payroll reports. The most commonly used municipal, state and federal forms are included in the application.
2. What is a “No Work” Report?
A “No Work” Report may be required when there is a temporary break in work on a project. Printing this report from Certified Payroll Reporting, in lieu of sending a written note, saves time and presents the information in a consistent and professional format.

4. Does the software generate reports that list fringe benefits paid in cash?
Yes. Certified Payroll Reporting includes Form QSS-347 which is designed specifically for non-union contractors who pay cash fringe.
5. Can I change information from prior payroll periods and reprint my certified payroll reports?
Yes. Under the “Certified Payroll” menu, choose “Payroll Data, Enter or Edit Payroll Data”. Enter the pay ending date for the data you need to modify and enter or edit the records as necessary. Then choose “Print Certified Payroll Reports” to reprint your report.
6. Since certified payroll reports are submitted weekly, am I required to process my payroll on a weekly payroll cycle?
No. Certified Payroll Reporting automatically generates weekly reports from weekly and bi-weekly payroll input.
7. Can I edit my certified payroll reports prior to printing?
Yes. Certified Payroll Reporting allows you to review and edit report data prior to printing.
8. Does Certified Payroll Reporting save the data that is imported or entered into the software?
Yes, all of the data is stored in a Microsoft Access database. You can reprint a certified payroll report at any time.
9. Can the Certified Payroll Reporting software be installed on more than one computer?
Yes. The application can be installed on multiple terminals as long as you’re using one company code.
