Level One is the perfect solution for States and Agencies that have internal staffing who can manage their program and maintain use of Certified Payroll Reporting. In addition to the Software Service, this model includes:

- A hosted web-based system with unlimited use for projects
- Compliance education webinars for Agencies and Contractors
LEVEL TWO – SOFTWARE SERVICE AND FULL ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLIANCE EXPERTISE SERVICES
Level Two is best suited for States and Agencies that choose to contract out administrative duties related to ARRA and Davis-Bacon compliance. This pricing platform includes all Level One features, as well the following services performed by a Certified Payroll Reporting compliance expert:
- Assistance with inputting prevailing wage rates into Certified Payroll Reporting (per state wage determinations)
- Set up of all projects and Contractor information
- Configuration of all validation settings
- Collection and posting of eDocuments in Certified Payroll Reporting as applicable or required (limited to SF1413, Federal I-9 and Apprenticeship Certifications)
- Random audits of certified payrolls, including fringe benefit information and cross referencing of I-9 forms to payrolls
- Review, approve and cross reference any provided job site interviews against certified payroll information
- Review updated and/or resubmitted documentation for compliance
- Produce monthly reports that illustrate deficiencies or irregularities of Contractors
- Generate monthly ARRA reports
